Safety for you and your family

Safety for guests and staff in Knuthenborg Safaripark is our priority. To ensure the best experience possible it is vital that our guests follow our guidelines.

Safety in the tiger and wolf enclosures
Dogs are not allowed to stay in the car when driving in the tiger and wolf enclosures. Your dog can  - at your own risk - be "parked" in designated areas close to the enclosure entrances.

You will recieve our safety guidelines upon arrival. In the tiger and wolf enclosures you drive among the beautiful but dangerous animals. Only cars and busses have access to these enclosures. Cars must have hard top.

Tiger enclosure
Racks for for bycycles and the like, mounted on the roof or rear of the car must be detached before entering the enclosure. Please follow the instructions from our staff - they are there for your safety.

Children and safety
In Knuthenborg Safaripark you have an unique oppotunity to get really close to the animals. Our animals live freely and are not tame. They may behave unexpectedly which makes every visit to Knuthenborg Safaripark exciting. But it also makes it necessary always to stay with our children. Children under 15 years must be accompanied with an adult at all times.
