After Dark 2026

Join us as we once again light up the fascinating illuminations after sunset. Parts of the park will be lit and can be experienced from completely new angles when we turn up the magic at Knuthenborg After Dark 2026!

Practical information

You can experience After Dark 2026 in the following ways:

A day ticket or a 2026 family or season pass:

  • Spend the whole day in the park.
  • Park the car at 17:00 by Limpopoland
  • Experience the illuminated parts of the park on foot (see purple markings on the map). Driving around is not permitted.
  • Exit from the parking lot between 18:00 and 21:00 via the main gate.

Day tickets cannot be purchased at the main entrance after 16:00, as only After Dark tickets are sold there from that time.

If you do not wish to stay for After Dark, you must leave the park no later than 17:00.

If, as season pass holders, you only wish to experience After Dark, the latest time for driving in is 18:00.

An After Dark ticket:

  • Access to the park from 16:00.
  • Cars must be parked at Limpopoland no later than 17:00. (follow the map’s orange route).
  • Experience the illuminated parts of the park on foot (see purple markings on the map). Driving around is not permitted.
  • Exit from the parking lot between 18:00. and 21:00. via the main gate.

Tickets can be purchased at the main gate between 16:00 and 18:00.

A camp overnight stay:

  • Take an evening walk in the park and experience the lights.
    Driving on the walking route is not permitted. Camp guests staying at Zov Tigra or Planteurhusene may drive their car to the parking area by Restaurant Flintehuset.
  • During After Dark, the regular evening presentations for overnight guests will be replaced by the After Dark presentations, which can also be experienced by day visitors/other After Dark guests.
  • You must be back at your camp at the time you are informed of at Guest Services when you check in.
