When you host an overnight conference with us, you will not be missing a thing.
We take care of all meals and refreshments, and we provide our unique setting—so you can focus entirely on your agenda. You can also add a guided tour of the Museum of Evolution or Elefantstalden. When the day comes to an end, you can turn in for the night with views of Elefantsletten in our luxurious safari tents or in our tiger lodges, surrounded by the sounds of roaring tigers and lions.

FAQ - Conference stay
We offer three different venues, depending on the size of your group.
10–25 people: “Udsigten” at Bandholm Harbour
20–50 people: “Orangeriet” in the heart of the park at Restaurant Flintehuset
40–125 people: “Lysningen” in Limpopoland at Eatery Mombasa
All venues are equipped with modern AV equipment.
As a starting point, there can be 10-50 people.
But if there are more of you, you can contact us, and we will find a solution together.
A conference stay may include the following:
Day 1:
- Arrival at 9:00
- Breakfast
- Lunch incl. soft drinks
- Fruit, iced water, and coffee between meals
- Cake and coffee
- 2-course dinner
Day 2:
- Breakfast
- Fruit, ice water, coffee
- Breakfast incl. soda
- Departure at 15:00 on day 2.
Moreover:
- Rental of premises for both days
- Accommodation
- Entry to the park on both days
A conference stay costs from 1,995 DKK per person when 3 people stay overnight in Camp Ruaha.
Option to purchase guided tours at Museum of Evolution and Elefantstalden, both of which are close to Orangeriet. Approximately 45–60 minutes of presentation and tour.
1,499 DKK per tour
It is possible to book conferences with arrival from Monday to Thursday, in January–June and mid-August to December 11th.
As a starting point, you will be offered to stay at Camp Ruaha, which is located adjacent to our Elefantslette. These camps have three rooms - two of them with double beds and the last one has a bunk bed with two bunks. The camp has shared toilet/bath, kitchen, and a terrace with a view over Elefantsletten.
It is also possible to stay in the Tiger Cabins - Camp Zov Tigra. There is a double bed in a large room and two bunk beds with a total of 4 sleeping places in a smaller room. As a starting point, there is space for 2 people in these camps.
If other types of accommodation are desired, there are other cabins/tents available.
