Conference day
When you host a conference day with us, you won't lack anything.
We take care of all meals and other refreshments - and we make our unique Orangery available to you, so you don't have to worry about anything other than your agenda. You can also add a guided tour of the Evolution Museum or the Elephant Stable. At the end of the day, you can snuggle up with a view of the Elephant Plain in our luxurious Safari tents, or in our tiger lodges surrounded by the roars of tigers and lions.
Visit us on weekdays until 15/12-2025.
From week 43-50, events can be held in the Beaver Tail House.

FAQ - Conference Day
A conference day can consist of the following:
Day 1:
- Arrival at 09:00 AM
- Breakfast
- Fruit, ice water, coffee
- Breakfast incl. soda
- Fruit, ice water, coffee
- Cake
- 2-course dinner
Day 2:
- Breakfast
- Fruit, ice water, coffee
- Breakfast incl. soda
- Departure at 3:00 PM on day 2.
Moreover:
- Rental of premises for both days

- Entry to the park on both days
A conference day costs from 1,995 DKK per person when 3 people stay overnight in Camp Ruaha.
Option to purchase guided tours at the Evolution Museum and the Elephant Stable, both of which are close to the Orangery. Approximately 45-60 minutes of presentation and tour.
1,499 DKK per tour
As a starting point, there can be 10-50 people.
But if there are more of you, you can contact us, and we will find a solution together.
It is possible to book conferences with arrival from Monday to Thursday, in April-June and mid-August to December 11th.
As a starting point, you will be offered to stay at Camp Ruaha, which is located adjacent to our Elephant Plain. These camps have three rooms - two of them with double beds and the last one has a bunk bed with two bunks. The camp has shared toilet/bath, kitchen, and a terrace with a view over the Elephant Plain.
It is also possible to stay in the Tiger Cabins. There is a double bed in a large room and two bunk beds with a total of 4 sleeping places in a smaller room. As a starting point, there is space for 2 people in these camps.
If other types of accommodation are desired, there are other cabins/tents available.
