4 good things to know about staying overnight at Havnekontoret

As an extra to your experience, you get access to the Safaripark every day during your stay, provided you book within the park’s season.

If you book outside the season, the price will therefore be 20% lower.

Please note that Havnekontoret is not located in Knuthenborg Safaripark, but at Bandholm Harbor. It is therefore not possible to access the park after closing time.

The home has 3 bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a fireplace room with dining area, a bright bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The property also includes a large garden with a fire pit and an outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy your meals outside.

The house has two floors and is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

Final cleaning is also included in your stay.

Remember to bring bed linen and towels – or rent them from us when you book. Here you can also book meal kits, so you can take care of your meals easily and deliciously.

Bringing pets is not allowed.

Yes, final cleaning is included when you book a stay in the Gardener’s House.

However, we kindly ask you to do the following before you leave the apartment:

Washes up, dries and puts the dishes away, and empties the dishwasher.
Takes out the trash, sorted
Empty the fridge
If you have rented bed linen, it must be removed and placed in a pile on the floor together with the towels.
Remember all your personal belongings
The residence must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m.
Remember to put the key back in the key box before you leave

As an extra to your experience, you get access to the Safari Park during opening hours every day of your stay, provided you book within the park’s season.

Dodekalitten:Just 14 km from the harbor you’ll find one of Denmark’s most impressive stone monuments. Twelve stone pillars, each 7–9 meters high, tower above you while you enjoy the view over the Småland Sea and the spatial music playing through the installation.
Frederiksdal Cherry Wine:Tasty cherry wine produced from our own stock of Danish Stevns cherries. Visit the winery to hear more about the individual wines, get a look into the production, and enjoy tastings. Finish the whole trip with a lovely walk through the cherry orchard.

If you’d rather stay in the local area, you can take a walk on the beach, light a bonfire in the house’s large garden – or simply lean back and enjoy each other’s company.
