5 good things to know about Camp Masai Mara
There is a kitchen in each tent with a small refrigerator, hotplates, toaster, and kettle.
There are pots, a frying pan, and utensils for preparing a simple meal, as well as plates, wine and water glasses, cutlery, serving dishes, and tableware for serving. In addition, salt and pepper are provided for cooking.
We provide a washing-up brush and dish soap, 2 tea towels, a dishcloth, and kitchen roll.
Each tent has its own toilet and shower cabin, where we provide toilet paper, hand soap, and towels.
For all beds (one double bed and two sets of bunk beds), warm duvets and pillows are provided. You only need to bring your own bed linen or rent it through us. There is a high chair and a baby cot in all tents (please bring your own duvet and bed linen for this).
In Camp Masai Mara, there is a shared barbecue hut with gas grills available.

When you book a stay in Knuthenborg Camp, this includes access to the safari park on both arrival and departure day (and the days in between if you book several nights), overnight stay in Knuthenborg Camp, evening experiences, electricity, water and final cleaning for up to 6 people per tent. In addition, you get the opportunity to experience the park on your own in the evening, and get an even wilder experience when the park is closed for day guests.
You can stay up to 6 people in a tent. The tents are approved by the fire authorities for 6 people, and it is therefore not allowed to be more regardless of the age of the participants. Here we count 'heads' - not age.
When you stay overnight in Camp Masai Mara, you have a fantastic view of Savannen. In front of the large veranda you can experience giraffes, rhinos, ostriches, blue wildebeest, sable and eland antelopes. In case of, for example, severe weather, in periods with low temperatures, in case of illness in the herds or other acute situations, it may happen that some animals are not out on Savannen.
